Kids will learn the basics of balanced eating through colorful, engaging lessons that include food group education, “eat the rainbow” concepts, and hands-on food prep. Each session includes simple, age-appropriate cooking skills and taste-testing to build confidence and curiosity around real, whole foods. Children walk away with practical tools they can use at home—like building a healthy plate, reading a label, and prepping a snack they’re proud of.

In this program, kids explore the importance of daily physical activity, including how to stay active in ways that are fun and sustainable.
